Wat is een coating?

Tandheelkundige fineren zijn op maat gemaakte dunne schalen die over een tand worden geplaatst om eventuele vlekken, gaatjes of spanen te bedekken. Lumineers is gemaakt van een gepatenteerd porselein dat bekend staat als Cerinate-porselein, een gepatenteerde en ultra sterke vorm van porselein. Lumineers fineer is extreem dun, slechts 0,2 mm dik en vereist zeer weinig draad vermindering / vijlen.
