Cos'è la rinoplastica?

La rinoplastica, è un intervento di chirurgia estetica eseguita per modificare la forma o le dimensioni del naso e, in alcuni casi, per migliorarne la funzione a causa di traumi o difetti congeniti. Il intervento viene eseguito in l’anestesia generale. La durata è di circa 3 ore, ma varia in base alle condizioni del naso e alla procedure da eseguire. Quali sono i tempi di guarigione?

È normale avere dolore, gonfiore, edema e lividi nel naso dopo l’operazione. I lividi e il gonfiore torneranno alla normalità entro 10 giorni. Tuttavia, l’edema può rimanere fino a 3 mesi. A seconda del tipo di intervento chirurgico, potrebbe esserci una piccola ferita sul naso. A seconda del processo di guarigione, la cicatrice può scomparire o ridursi.

Tuttavia, nella rinoplastica chiusa, poiché le incisioni vengono praticate all’interno del naso, non vi è alcuna cicatrice all’esterno. È normale che l’olfatto diminuisca per un breve periodo dopo la rinoplastica.

Cosa dovrebbe essere considerato nella rinoplastica?

Cessare l’uso di anticoagulanti del sangue, mantenere la testa alta in posizione sdraiata, mantenere asciutto il cerotto che protegge il naso e lavare accuratamente i denti.

Tutte le attività faticose dovrebbero essere evitate per 10 giorni, i traumi dovrebbero essere evitati e gli sport pesanti non dovrebbero essere praticati per almeno 3 settimane. Inoltre, gli occhiali non dovrebbero essere usati per un po ‘per evitare la pressione sul ponte nasale. Una corretta alimentazione e molto sonno accelerano il processo di recupero dopo la rinoplastica.
